The Mausoleum of Khoja Muhammad Arif ar-Revgari is the burial place of the murshid Khoja Arif Revgari. Born in the village of Revgar in the middle of the 12th century, Khoja Arif Revgari was one of the worthy successors of the Khojagon tradition – a follower of Sheikh Abdul Khalik Gijduvani, after whose death he headed the brotherhood. He was the second saint of Bukhara out of seven saints.
According to the recollections of his contemporaries, he was a very righteous man. His soulful face resembled the moon, in connection with which contemporaries called him “Mohitobon” – “Clear Moon”. Until the end of his life, he was active in religious activities. He loved to pronounce dhikr aloud. There is a legend that Haji Arif lived for 150 years. He was buried in the village of Shafirkan in the Bukhara region.
Muhammad Arif Ar Revgary began to learn Sufizm very early. When he was 19, he taught philosophy. His manuscript "Nafahat ul-uns" and "Arifnoma" are the only written evidences about the life of the famous Sufi. Having read his works, it is clear that Haja Arif Revgary was one of the most worthy successor of traditions and practices “Hadzhagana”.
Hazrat Khoja Arif is also known as Mohitoban. Khoja Arif was born in the village of Revgar, Shafirkon district, Bukhara province, lived for more than a hundred years and died in 1259. His graves were turned into a prosperous shrine in the center of Shafirkon.

Khwaja Arif ar-Revgari is considered the fourth caliph of Hazrat Abdul Khaliq Gijduvani. Seeing this situation, Khizr a.s. They said: "You are Yurif, God willing!" Khoja Khizr a.s. From the blessings of his breath, he became known to the whole world as Khoja Arif.The narration in the song is also "The government has it." Seeing this, they threw themselves at the feet of Hazrat Khwaja Arif, apologized, and believed that Khwaja Arif's status was high.
Khoja Arif ar Revgari is considered the author of the book "Arifnama". This work was written in 622 AH (1225 AD). Along with many rare works, "Orifnoma" was destroyed during the repression. In 1993, after Hazrat Bahauddin Naqsh band jubilee, His Highness Sheikh Zulfiqar Ahmad Naqshbandi sent a photo copy of this book from Pakistan to Bukhara. This book, written in Persian-Tajik, was translated into Uzbek and presented to readers.
